Not if there were the usual barriers to direct line-of-sight shots. Gateway Pundit has an article where a gal who does vending at Trump rallies says she knew immediately when she was setting up that everything was all wrong because - for one thing - there were not bulldozers, scaffolding, etc set up like EVERY OTHER TIME to create obstacles to direct line-of-sight shots being possible.
Also, if we had decent media people, somebody would ask her why the sniper on the water tower didn’t shoot down the would-be assassin in the 25 minutes he was on the roof before taking a shot, instead of waiting until Trump was at the podium (even though there was an active shooter situation they were aware of) and the assassin fired his shots.
Another thing in the GP article was a source close to local LE who said that in spite of the sheriff’s protests, he was told to stand down and NOT provide manpower and SWAT teams to help beef up security.
Somebody needs to ask her about that - just like somebody should have asked Pelosi why she refused 10,000 National Guardsmen on J6. The real answer is the same for both: if security had been there who actually intended to do their jobs, these violent acts could not have happened. And they were DESIGNED to happen because they furthered the political ends of the Deep State.
Incompetence 100% but that doesn’t equal a conspiracy hoping some random kill would show up and pick that particular roof.
Look at the satellite images of the site (the larger ones) Look at all the roofs off in the distance in front of the stage (less than 1/2 a mile) Are you telling me they guarded those roofs or usually would? The longest sniper kill shot in the world is over 2 MILES away. Someone with some experience could of set up with a tripod and a decent scope and easily have taken their time and shot him from any building in that wide view satellite image.
What I don’t understand is they they are not using the glass barrier they used with Obama that surrounded him on three sides with bulletproof glass.
