CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine approved security over the weekend for U.S. Senator and Republican vice presidential contender J.D. Vance, who lives in the Cincinnati area, after the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.
“Our office does not comment on security details, but I can confirm Governor DeWine approved assistance at 6:40 p.m. Saturday,” said Dan Tierney, a spokesman for the governor.
Cincinnati police were on scene at Vance’s home on Monday morning.

It’s Ohio state (not the Secret Service) that’s providing security. That should give Vance a sigh of relief.

Assuming from what’s on the news, Trump was getting at best, the B-Team SS agents (Girls with guns). Vance can probably expect C-teamers if at all.
