Saturday, shortly after former President Donald Trump evaded an apparent assassination attempt, NBC News national security correspondent Frank Figliuzzi expressed concerns that Trump supporters may seek revenge for the attempt to take the former president’s life.
Figliuzzi, who regularly labels the right as a threat to public safety, said it could come in the form of Trump supporters taking on anti-Trump protesters at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee next week.

We will but it will involve lawfare, executive action, mass deportation, mass arrests
Our revenge will be in November.
That’s what I’m wondering too.
They have endured tremendous pressure and beat downs even from the sitting President. Deplorables since 2015 and now domestic terrorists accusations. They aren't the unhinged.
They all knew this would happen. They are not surprised by the violence or Trump's heroic reaction to it.
Media has no power over them. The red tsunami that is coming nationwide will be the only retaliation . The 23rd Psalm is their truth.
Sorry Brother, even you’re loathing is still only half as much as mine.
Geez, that’s funny. Thank you so much.
So? They sought revenge on Trump by trying to kill him. All’s fair in love and war!
What people? The shooter was a Republican and a 2A advocate.
Yep, we sure will. At the ballot box this November, that will be the sweetest revenge of them all.
Nothing like a little lighter fluid, is there, Figliuzzi? Media propaganda has done enough damage— correcting this starts with y’all.
I like that they’re paranoid! Keep them busy while I seek “revenge” with success by living well. I have no time to waste on negativity!
I'm guessing it's just an RCH less than how much I loathe these people.
That's what sweet revenge is.
My wife and I lived in Milwaukee County and worked in downtown Milwaukee for 30 years. We now live in a semi-rural county 20 miles North of Milwaukee.
We Wisconsin folks are generally law-abiding, rule followers and try to be kind to others. If there is misbehavior around the GOP convention area, it will likely due to folks from states other than Wisconsin.
these people are F-ing evil: pretending to be worried about “copycat” acts by CONSERVATIVES, but not one damn word about the much more likely “copycat” attacks by the left to try AGAIN to kill Trump ..
“Wow, those “can’t we all get along” and “let’s turn down the rhetoric” good time feelings didn’t last long did they?”
two hours, maybe?
“Figliuzzi, who regularly labels the right as a threat to public safety, said it could come in the form of Trump supporters taking on anti-Trump protesters at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee next week.”
A group called the Coalition to March on the RNC 2024, tied to the 2020 Kenosha riot organizers, was already planning violence at the RNC convention before this; this is Figliuzzi’s pre-emptive excuse.
The left and Democrats are stunned and appear like “Deer in the headlights” because they know they are the root cause. They are doing all they can to deflect the ire they deserve.
I think it's a bit of a stretch to call this guy a Republican. It's unlikely he ever voted and he only donated money to liberal causes.
He spent half his life hearing that Trump was a Nazi and a threat to democracy. His dad is a psychiatrist and his mom, a social worker. Not exactly a MAGA home environment.
Yeah, he registered as a Republican. This in and of itself means very little. At the end of the day, he tried to kill the Republican nominee for president.
