David Frum, a prominent “Never Trump” pundit and former speechwriter for President George W. Bush, published an article on Sunday in the Atlantic blaming former President Donald Trump for his own attempted assassination.
Trump narrowly survived the attempt on his life when a bullet from a high-powered rifle grazed his ear during a rally in Pennsylvania. One man in the crowd, former fire chief Corey Comperatore, was killed; two others were injured (not including the assassin, who was immediately shot by the Secret Service).

He was born Canadian. The 1st Amendment thing doesn’t come naturally to him. Also, most Canadians are intrinsically “nice” and being deferential to the government and police, which works in a homogenous society with a somewhat virtuous government, but not Canada now, especially a Canada with the corrupt and evil Trudeau calling the shots.

Donald Trump has withstood the greatest multi-year onslaught ever conceived against an American political leader by many of the powers that be, who have constantly lied about what he said and did, slandered him, ran with rumors, stirred people to irrational hysterical hatred, and fundamentally dehumanized him and his supporters in an effort to end the threat to their own power and control by any means necessary.
Of course the people who have done the non-stop attacks of evil and oppression would blame their victim. Fortunately, the more oppressive and authoritarian they get—the more they try to assassinate, try to illegitimately imprison, try to chose who people are permitted to vote for on their ballots, try to censor and cancel opposition voices—the more people see them for what they really are.
Blame the victim. So typical.
One more inch and these jackals would likely have been hunted down and exterminated with extreme prejudice. It no longer matters which side of the political spectrum you have an affinity to, IMO.
They seem to believe they are untouchable and are sufficiently protected. I believe they are delusional.
The media, and those using it as a vehicle for whatever purposes, are decidedly part of the “problem”. They continue to paint “victims” as the source of their own “troubles”.
That stance is inherently evil. This type of mentality, extended, means that there is no such thing as “Freedom of Speech”, and that if you do not adhere to groupthink, you will be killed.
Time to permanently retire all of these “elites” and their enablers.
