Doesn’t look like a roof top to me. So who knows where it was taken or if this was even the actual shooter.
If you compare this photo from above with the many other photos from below, you’ll conclude that this is the same guy at the same place at the same time.
Of course it is a rooftop. WTH is wrong with you?
Witnesses saw the shooter climbing a ladder up to the roof with a rifle. They saw him creep across the hidden side of the roof and setup the shot at the crest. He was not in any way concealed from the witnesses.
For about three minutes, the witnesses tried to get police to pay attention. The response was "confused".
There is no real doubt this was the assassin, and he was killed right there after firing at least three shots.
This smells like a setup.
