This has always been the case on these trains, going back decades, but much worse now given DA Crimesha’s “law enforcement” and the CPD’s force down 2,000 officers. Chicago mayor Johnson says that these youth act this way due to a failure of government spending on schools, housing, welfare etc. If only we spend a few trillion more, this poor man could ride the subway in peace.
