Karl Rove endorsed North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum for former President Donald Trump’s running mate, making the remark on Thursday, days ahead of the Republican National Convention taking place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Trump has yet to officially announce his choice for vice president and is expected to make that announcement any day now. However, there has been chatter with a few names continually surfacing, including Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance and Burgum. As for Karl Rove, he believes Burgum is the correct choice.

Where’s that image of the canned ham with glasses? LOL
Karl Rove endorses WELL that seals it for me………….HELL NO!!
He reminds me of Mehmet Oz who went over like a lead balloon. Luckily POTUS Trump laid crepe at Bergum’s door at the last rally saying the the recent abortion law of Bergum’s state was problematic even though Bergum was not the author.
I also took some comfort that POTUS Trump also threw shade at Marco for Florida residency, saying it can be resolved but with difficulty.
Sorry, disagree strongly. Just talking the talk after 20+ years as an elected far left democrat means zilch to me. I see it as inviting in the pretty snake.
I can’t believe how many people treat the VP pick like a chance to spin the wheel.
No one without a resume of MAGA positions and solid accomplishments should be considered. No windsock that point with the wind of their political advantage.
A heart beat away from the presidency is no place for a DEI pander or someone who seems cool.
Interesting information. Thanks for posting. Bergum has too many red flags. I don’t trust him as VP and neither should Trump.
Better in the cabinet with defined task and role.
