Chuck Schumer may be losing control, not because of any efforts on the part of the Republicans, but because the Democrat Socialists are descending into a civil war within their ranks, and there is no way to restore even a modicum of compromise and unity to the now openly hostile bomb throwers on each side of whether Biden should go or stay.
If Biden stays, there is little chance of his winning regardless of how massive the vote fraud and election interference may be, and failing takes down whole legions of House and even Senate seats. On the other hand, the old adage about “Don’t change horses in the middle of the stream” comes into play, and the replacement candidate is at a huge disadvantage psychologically and in terms of recrafting the message, while attempting to placate the diehards that stood foursquare against the removal of Joe as the head of the ticket. An indeterminate number of those voters may just stay home or vote third-party.
The Democrat Socialists have managed the improbable trick of screwing themselves, and they have nobody else to blame.

I haven’t found one mainstream article discussing the fate of the country over this scandal. It’s all talked about from the standpoint of beating Trump or keeping their jobs.
It is crystal clear that Biden isn’t running the country... That isn’t a ‘threat’ to democracy... That’s the end of democracy.
Nobody elected Jill, Hunter and Biden’s staff to run the United States of America, but it’s more than obvious that they are running it. Biden can’t be in charge, he barely knows what day it is.
College interns wearing lanyards are running this country. What an unknown mess for the next administration to inherit.
Stay a snake, or repent and so shock the world into mass conversions to Catholicism like Guadalupe.
