Today in Warsaw, Poland’s Prime Minister @donaldtusk and I signed the Agreement on Security Cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Poland.
This unprecedented document includes a provision for shooting down Russian missiles and drones in Ukraine’s airspace that are fired in the direction of Poland. We are committed to implementing it. We will also cooperate on combat aircraft—both those already transferred by Poland and the possibility of transferring more in the future.
In our security agreement, we have formalized the formation and training of the Ukrainian Legion, a new volunteer military unit, on Polish territory. This unit will be trained in Poland and equipped by our partners.

It was Ukraine that sent a missile into Poland and blamed Russia for it.

Polish people are good people. Just not the smartest people. NATO will throw them under the bus when things get hot.
Talk is cheap. This is the same concept as flying or maintaining Ukrainian F16s in Poland or Romania. Those weapons sites woll be targeted. US Doctrine fires on only those systems or locations that fire on us.
Yeah, Poland, right there in Russia's sites, just likes to flap its jaws.

Ukraine is losing. The stalemate only exists on two of 7 front areas. NATO allies are watching their investments recieve Russian management.
The accounting trick to rearm NATO didn’t produce a Ukrainian victory. Ukraine only gets the kind of equipment Ronald Reagan era produced. Russian has rearmed and has pushed NATO to the point all that old equipment is in short supply.
Poland is as vocal as Macron pn Ukraine. Their flexing has resulted in Chinese troops across their border in Belarus.
Ukraine has united China, Russia, and their allies against the US.
Lots cheap NATO talk this week.

It is grim, all right. The hew and cry that Europe should step up, now that Europe is stepping up, is that it will be WW! Ukraine was attacked by Russia. Rewarding Putin for that is unconscionable.
Does the agreement also allow Poland to shoot down Ukranian missiles fired in the direction of Poland?
I disagree on the causes for this war. American economic hegemony and installing a government hostile to Russia in Kiev. NATO is not a defensive organization. It rejected Russian membership and since that time ysed Russia as their reason for existence.
America is a nation thriving off of endless wars. We stopped talking about the pivot to China when Ukrainians summer offensive failed. War is the chief export of our country. China didn’t wait for the US to finish off Russia on our schedule. Biden’s short sighted escalating has now resulted in military factories having problems in the US, EU, and now Romanian NATO supply lines being blown up. NATO has put thousands of combat troops on Belarusian boarder and Poland openly advocates both regime change there as well as conflict.
The primary result of this war is a retreat of the American military and economic empire, and the rise of Brics (84 countries by end of year), SCO, and a multipolar world.
Our sanctions have isolated our economic empire. The US destroyed the EU economy. Our use of endless military power use to impose economic hegemony is shrinking position.
Russia rejected the globalists and their purchase of Russian resources and now Ukrainian assets. Ukrainian soldiers are dying for the Blackrocks’ of the west. Russia has emerged from the 1990s ejecting the same western forces that bought them up only to fight to reverse the same thing happening in Ukraine. The west coveted Russian and Ukrainian resources.
Ukraine joining NATO and a NATO installed hostile regime in Kiev is what caused this qar, and Kiev breaking MINSK I & II, and Istanbul agreements, and Blinken telling Kavrov the US was putting missiles in Ukraine forced Russia to fight.
From that perspective, Putin would have been much better off being friends with all and taking no offense with any, no matter what Vicky Nuland or anyone else might say to trigger him, and ignore his inner demons for as long as it takes to work off that bad karma and become a good neighbor for a real change of heart and life.
But … he didn’t. Oh well. So, now I watch to see what karma and Fate have for him. It’s looking like he has screwed up in every way possible and will feel it.
May God help his victims and the poor Russians caught in this cosmic crossfire.
