I have been posting on this for a while—time confusion is one of the symptoms of dementia.
He is confusing his Senate campaign (obviously from Delaware) with his Presidential race where the stolen votes in Philadelphia “got him across the line”.
Past events have merged in a confusing and bizarre mess.
One way to think of it is to see our lives as a roll of the old video tape or movie film.
When you are born the movie begins—the first frame.
When you die the movies ends—the last frame.
Everything in between is our life in order—frame by frame—year by year.
Senility is when the video tape gets all tangled up—and our life becomes a sloppy mess.

Scranton lunchbucket Joe said that Wilmington was his home town.
