Do we play politics or step above it and remember that it is America we are talking about? If Biden is to frail to be prosecuted, if what we see in the debate and public events is real (and likely he's not going to recover and become young again), shouldn't we all demand Biden resign as president, demand Democrats invoke the 25th Amendment, even if that means Harris becomes president for a few months?

Or is President Trump scared of a President Harris? I doubt it.

Or, do we play politics with the country, let Biden bumble on for the next 197 days until inauguration causing who knows what damage to the US? Can the US survive six more months of Biden?

Personally, I've been demanding Biden resign immediately. I'd prefer country over politics.

But I can see that if Biden continues, Republicans down-ballot will likely win across the board out of anger at Democrats or just that Democrats give up, stay home, and not only don't vote for Biden, but pass on the remainder of the ticket.

What do you think, politics or country? Or is the risk of Biden as president overblown?

Biden has never been in power. You will have the same puppet masters no matter what. Biden will be easiest to beat.

I agree, the country is more important than the politics. But the sad fact is, unless you are a major figure in the democrat party or a major donor to it, which I doubt, than we the people have no say in the matter, at least as it stands right now.

Kamala and the Cabinet dare not try to invoke the 25th unless they are 100% sure that they’ll succeed. And for it to succeed over Biden’s objection, they have to count on Republican votes in both the House and Senate—it takes 2/3rds vote in each House to remove him.

A handful of Republicans voting the ‘wrong’ way dooms Harris and the Cabinet politically. They will have struck the king but not killed him.

Unless Biden suffers an incapacitating stroke, forget the 25th.

The MSM narrative is he is too old. Then they can sell his replacement as younger than “old” Trump.

Hide Jill away from Biden somewhere and see what happens.

It’s up to the power players in the Party, and they ain’t the ‘voters’.

To Biden, 2024 Is Up to the Voters, Not TO THE SUPER DELEGATES AT THE CONVENTION

Funny but ultimately 2020 wasn’t up to the voters but the dirty, fraudulent cheating of Sleepy’s own DemoRat party stealing the results. His and their loss in November will be a much deserving payback. That it comes with an internal rat fight is just icing on the cake.

Are the Rat simply demanding he stop running or are they demanding that he resign?

Six presidents have opted to not run for re-election. Here is a list with how many months before hand and the resulting success or failure at the election. And note that all of these happened 7 months before hand and this time we are already around 4 months.

Hang in there Joe... You're running the world, just like your boy Hunter told you. And remember what Jill said... Only God can tell you to quit... Don't listen to those congressmen, senators and aids whispering in your ear.

You are the man... Show them what you're made of.

People keep underestimating Biden. All politicians look out for #1 first and foremost. You know how they say there is no I in team? Well - there is no team in I. In other words, if the team has to take a bullet for I, isn’t that what the team is for? Someone has to play the role of bullet sponge.

Biden’s choice of Harris accomplished two things. First, it solidified the black vote in the general. Second, it set up a contrast. No way the Democrats want to replace Joe with someone this incompetent and repellent to voters.

In choosing Harris, Biden wasn’t looking out for the party - he was looking out for himself. Anyone who thinks Biden will hand over this opportunity to stay the most important man in the world for another 4 years not only lacks the most basic understanding of human nature, he hasn’t been looking at Joe’s past choices. If there’s one thing that animates Joe’s decision-making, it’s looking out for #1.
