“...he sees as the centerpiece of his legacy and his foreign policy agenda...”

Delusional, senile, dementia-riddled Old Husk has only NEGATIVES as his pitiful ‘legacy’.

Biden does passably well during short, scheduled, tele-prompted speeches in which his handlers are able to time the medication just right. He does poorly in impromptu settings such as events with foreign dignitaries, in which things are not as controlled. He has to interact with people, pay attention to his surrounding, etc. That’s when he loses it, because he has no tele-prompter telling him what to do and nothing to fall back on.

“ Pushing NATO right up to the Russian border is a stupid and unnecessary provocation of the Russians, no matter who their leader is.”

And yet, Putin, if he succeeds in conquering Ukraine, will move the border of Russia right up to NATO borders. Same if he takes over White Russia.

Poking the bear is stupid and dangerous.

There are no excuses for stupid and dangerous.

If Biden needed a week to prepare for his debate against Trump, he’d better take at least that long to study up on the names of NATO members. Let’s see... there’s Prussia, the Ottoman Empire, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Kingdom of Naples, Spanish Netherlands...

He had Codvid 2 or 3 times...I’d guess heart attack. My guess is that he has already had a couple mini strokes.

It’s possible he is having a series of Mini-Strokes and that will only get worse.

In a perfect world, a President would tell NATO to go home and fend for themselves...
Bring our equipment and troops home and begin preparations to defend against China...
Europe, as it is presently constituted, has no strategic impact on us...

“On Wednesday, July 10, there will be a Social Dinner for Heads of State and Government and their spouses, hosted by the President of the United States and the First Lady.” Well, I suppose NATO has at last outlived its usefulness.

The only good news involving NATO would be the announcement that it was disbanding.

NATO is the greatest threat to the national security of this country and world peace.

It's nothing but the enforcement mechanism of the globalist elite's desire conquer and control the world.

Fortunately, it is failing miserably.

Then....

Dr.Jill Biden has just been in the room talking with the President and she has the following statement about the President’s stance on the gun control bill in Congress as well as this morning’s diplomatic messages about Taiwan from Chairman Xi.

“Fellow Americans....”

His handlers will make sure that he never has to speak without either a teleprompter or notecards.

Who's in charge of keeping him from wandering off or falling off the stage after he shakes hands with a non-existent person?

In order to get the premiership after Stalin’s death, Khrushchev gave the ethnically Russian section of Ukraine away.
It’s analogous to an American President giving the Island of Manhattan to New Jersey in order to get their support to win the presidency. It was all fine, until the USSR fell apart. That’s when it became an issue.
While it’s true that the Russians would not have invaded Ukraine if Trump was president, it’s an issue that would have happened at some point anyway.
The part of Ukraine that Putin wants used to be part of Russia. The population speaks Russian, and wants to return to Russian citizenship.
This is the part of the region’s history that nobody is reporting.
And yes, it is unbelievably stupid to move NATO borders right up to the Russian border.
China moved on South Korea in 1950 to get the US away from China’s border and 50 thousand Americans died.
China moved into Viet Nam to get the US away from China’s border in 1965. Another 58 thousand Americans died.
China told Biden to get American troops out of Afghanistan, and 13 Americans died.
So yes, it is incredibly stupid to provoke an adversary unnecessarily.
The world just barely missed a world war in 1962 over this exact issue.
And now we’re stumbling back into it because a demented fool wants to throw his weight around and claim it as part of his legacy?
Stupid is as stupid does.

Ahem. Russia has always had a border with NATO.

What’s the over/under on how many American flags vs Palestinian flags in the room?
It will shock me if there is even one American flag.
These people hate America, and I’m talking about Biden & Co.

The USSR shared small borders with Norway and Turkey. The Warsaw Pact was right up against NATO. With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Warsaw pact flipped to NATO. Who could blame them, as the Russians had crushed uprisings in most of those countries, and imprisoned and executed millions.

Even after that, and the NATO realignment, the Russians only had borders with Poland, the Baltics, and Norway, losing their Turkish border. Further additions to NATO came after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and who could blame them after seeing what Russia did.

That would change quite a bit with the absorption of Ukraine into Russia. Russia would abut four more NATO countries, by their own choice.

Russia could have chosen to be a good neighbor. None of the NATO countries would have invaded Russia, and Russia could have peacefully expanded its sphere of influence, but it decided that aggression was a better choice.

NATO is necessary. It’s obvious that Russia is aggressive and can’t be trusted to be a good neighbor.

I know the history. I don’t need a lecture from you. What we don’t need is NATO. The EU is big enough to stand on its own without us.
