A good political agent knows how to dance around tough questions, redirect, spin, think on his feet. Joe doesn’t have it in him anymore. Its just excuse, blame game, rambling nonsense removed from reality.

Bob Dole famously held a pen in his right hand constantly and shook hands with his left due an injury sustained in WW2.

The Rats need to invoke the 25th Amendment to get rid of Demenia Joe.
Consider the mechanics necessary to invoke the 25th. Kamala and half of the Cabinet have to be 100% sure that they will succeed before they dare try. If Biden signs a letter saying he objects, it goes to both Houses of Congress. Dems control 50% in each House, but they need 2/3rds in each to remove him. That means they need votes that they don’t control, i.e. Republican votes.
Now who is going to risk his or her political career on votes from the other party? They have to be sure, and they can’t be sure.

Biden is done politically. Only he doesn't know it. Voting to remove him and save your own reelection, or a chance at a majority in your house of Congress, is a no brainer. The tougher choice will be Republicans in Congress. Do they vote to remove Dementia Joe for incompetence, after most voted to certify his fraudulent election, or vote to keep him and help reelect Trump to a second term? It is the Republicans who have the more difficult choice if put to a vote.
