President Joe Biden, in his first television interview since his CNN debate with Donald Trump, brushed off the poor performance as a "bad episode" and said he alone was to blame for what transpired.
… “Did you ever watch the debate afterwards?" Stephanopoulos asked Biden.
"I don't think I did, no," the president said.
But did he know how badly it was going while he was on stage?
"Yeah, look. The whole way I prepared, nobody's fault, mine. Nobody's fault but mine. I-- I prepared what I usually would do sitting down as I did come back with foreign leaders or National Security Council for explicit detail. And I realized-- partway through that, you know, all-- I get quoted the New York Times had me down, ten points before the debate, nine now, or whatever the hell it is. The fact of the matter is, what I looked at is that he also lied 28 times. I couldn't-- I mean, the way the debate ran, not-- my fault, nobody else's fault, no one else's fault."
"But it seemed like you were having trouble from the first question in, even before he spoke?" Stephanopoulos asked.
"Well, I just had a bad night," Biden said.
ABC News offered a similar interview opportunity to Trump but he declined.

I ran out of gas. I... I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locusts! IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD!
If I was doing the interview I would have made him count from 1 to 28 and see if he missed any numbers.

Final note: This morning while in Johnson City TN, I happened to catch Bloomberg News on the hotel room TV. Watched an interview with several central banking figures saying no interest rate cuts, and perhaps none this year at all in the US (YAY!!!) and then a segment quoting specific world leaders in Europe and Asia saying Biden is far WORSE than they could've imagined and all calling for him to step aside / step down to let someone else campaign.
One even mentioned a UN Resolution calling on Biden to step down because he can't handle the job.
NOWHERE in the lying liberal lamestream media here in the US have I seen/heard that during my 12 hour trip home, and I listened to ALL the available news sources on Sirius/XM in that 12 hours from MSNBC to CNN, Fox News and others.
When WORLD LEADERS and ALLIES call for a President of the USA to step down and talk about a UN Resolution, one would think the US Media might cover it, right?
WRONG!!! Conclusion: the media here is all in with Poopshow Joe in completing the destruction of the USA.
They will all live to regret the day.
