Latest reports indicates that legal scholars suggest that Democratic strategists may be exploring a controversial loophole that could potentially bring former President Barack Obama back to the White House.
The proposed strategy involves nominating Obama as President Joe Biden's running mate in the 2024 election, positioning him to succeed Biden should he step down after the election as reported by NEWSMAX on July 4, 2024.
According to constitutional experts, this move hinges on the interpretation of the 22nd Amendment, which prohibits a person from being elected to the presidency more than twice.
However, the amendment does not explicitly forbid a twice-elected president from serving as vice president or from ascending to the presidency through succession.
The theoretical strategy would require President Biden to win reelection with Obama as his vice president. Biden would then step down, allowing Obama to assume the presidency once again.

I'll participate in a little speculation, just for now.
If they can slide harris aside and replace her with Curious George (obama) as the VP running mate. They continue the brandon campaign and win, brandon resigns, curious george becomes president again. They could even run promoting this idea. curious george is already appearing very front and center in campaign adds. As a consolation they could promise harris the VP slot after brandon leaves. All slight of hand and all perfectly legal but probably nobody would have ever expected such subterfuge. The idea also eliminates the sticky problem of transfer of the $240 million in campaign funds dedicated to brandon.
The precedent allowing this is already set to a degree but slightly reversed. Nothing prohibits a VP from finishing the term of an incapacitated or removed president and then running on his own for two more terms. Theodore Roosevelt has already done this. The only thing now prevented is to run for office more than twice. Nothing but the voters could prevent anyone from playing this scam multiple times so long as the VP candidate was willing to risk his being raised to the throne. There was never any doubt or question that Johnson could have done it, Truman could have done it and Ford would have if he could. None of these three could accomplish either election or reelection though.

As for approval of a running mate, Congress has nothing to do with it. As for approval of a successor President in the event of death, resignation or removal, same thing. The elected VP becomes President.

I have not seen any legal discussion on the matters but the USSC has interpreted the law and the Constitution as to intent as well as statements.

No such discipline is evident in the left these days. He could very well be one of the 10 horns. He’s a deceiver from the get-go, and a segment of the population worship him like he’s some kind of king. And he acted like it, demanding it of everyone around him those 8 years. He still does and murders those who don’t or reject his sexual advances.
He blew the cover of every undercover agent working for the United States his 1st term, no telling how many survived it at all.
He attacked believers in Christ Jesus who had businesses by using the IRS, having them audited.
