US President Joe Biden has become victim to his own error-prone ways again, after making an embarrassing blunder while speaking on radio.
Every move Biden makes is under scrutiny now after the President's disastrous performance in his debate with Donald Trump last week, moderated by CNN.
During the debate, Biden appeared weary, spoke with a hoarse voice and struggled to produce coherent sentences on an evening which led to many calling for the 81-year-old to step out of the election race.
On Thursday, Biden joined Philadelphia radio station WURD, where he appeared to bizarrely mix himself up with Vice President Kamala Harris as well as his tenure as vice president to former US leader Barack Obama.
"By the way, I'm proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman... to serve with a black president. Proud to be involved of the first black woman on the Supreme Court. There's so much that we can do because, look... we're the United States of America," he said.
While Biden clearly got his words mixed up, he was referring to Ketanji Brown-Jackson, who became the first female black justice when he appointed her.
The blunder came after he earlier on Thursday accidentally referred to his presidential rival Donald Trump as "one of our colleagues" during his address to military families on the White House lawn.

Well by the left’s own rules we must respect Biden’s pronouns. So, since Joe is now a woman, we must now refer to our first female president correctly. We certainly wouldn’t want to offend her after all by misgendering her.
Dementia does not happen overnight. Congress must demand accountability from the Executive senior officials. Enough with the pretense of ignorance. Who TF has been running the Executive branch?
