This is the exact quote from the Mediazona article I linked:

"According to our calculations, by June 2024, approximately 120,000 Russian soldiers have died in the war (with a 95% confidence interval of 106,000 to 140,000).
The Probate Registry estimate includes all military deaths..."

It does, and you'd have to block one eye entirely, while drastically squinting the other in order to avoid seeing the clear meaning of that text.
