WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden’s conduct behind closed doors, in the Oval Office, on Air Force One and in meetings around the world is described in the same dual way by those who regularly see him in action.
He is often sharp and focused. But he also has moments, particularly later in the evening, when his thoughts seem jumbled and he trails off mid-sentence or seems confused. Sometimes he doesn’t grasp the finer points of policy details. He occasionally forgets people’s names, stares blankly and moves slowly around the room.

The surprising thing isn’t that Biden isn’t gonna just quietly step aside, the surprising thing is that a huge chunk of the media and the Democratic Party (but I repeat myself) seriously entertained the idea that they could force him out, and started the hit-job cycle to try to make it happen.
Watching the walk backs will be fascinating, and especially for media figures putting the genie back in the bottle will likely be a massive challenge after spending a few days airing the dirty laundry of “Now It Can Be Said”
This whole thing will become more and more of a shitshow as the year progresses, it’s gonna be fascinating to watch. To discover that some of these people are as clued into human motivation and election mechanics as the average Freeper is eye-opening. These Democrats are supposed to be professionals - this stuff is supposed to be their bread and butter, whereas the average Freeper is just using a keyboard to issue an extended belch.

My extended belch is that the public generally stupid and distracted. Once the media settles into a lane, regardless of what’s been said before, or the reality of the situation, much of the public will follow along.
The Democrats/Media are in an interesting bind. Neither has credibility. The Democrats did all they could to hide the truth about the demented, corrupt, criminal Biden and enthusiastically endorsed and supported the policies of the Biden cabal which have sought to destroy the American nation. The MSM has acted as their propagandist and protector.
Happily they are in quite a bind. Biden and his crime family are unwilling to go. Cacklin Kamala did such a disasterous job as “border czar” that even the feeble realize that putting her in charge of everything is beyond crazy. The MSM can never get back the trust of decent ,rational people.

In civics textbooks, leaders are supposed to take one for the team. In real life, leaders understand that teams exist to take one, or as many as necessary, for them. Leaders don’t survive for long enough to get to the top by being anyone else’s bullet sponge.
If Biden does step down, he will be the exception to the rule. He owns the delegates and the cash, so he doesn’t have to. If he quits, he could end up being, at least in Democrat circles, the poor man’s Cincinnatus. Very uncharacteristic. I’ll believe it when I see it.
