CNN — In the first week of a new Trump administration, President Joe Biden’s climate wins would get put through the shredder.
First to go could be the executive orders, including the one protecting 13 million acres in Alaska from oil drilling and another aiming to dramatically increase the number of EVs on the road.
He would pull America out of the Paris Climate Agreement (again) and could even nix the country’s participation in the global climate treaty itself – a promise among countries to prevent “dangerous human interference with the climate system.”
Over the weeks and months that follow, Biden’s new climate rules would be methodically rolled back: limits on tailpipe pollution and unhealthy emissions from power plants, and new safeguards on the oil and gas industry.
Trump’s actions could leave the United States isolated from key allies on a global crisis in its deciding moments. 2023 was the hottest year on record and the rising heat is pushing the world closer and closer to irreparable harm. The only way to minimize the damage is to rapidly deploy clean energy on a massive scale by the end of this decade, scientists and global energy groups say.
Instead, Trump is poised to sprint in the opposite direction.
“He has said he’s going to come back with a vengeance,” former US special climate envoy John Kerry told CNN. “It would really be just a catastrophic outcome.”

Yawn. They said this during his first Presidency. They were sure that we were months from climate disaster because Trump pulled us out of the completely-ineffective Paris Accords, and any number of other climate scams “they” were running.
I guess in a way, they’re right. A Trump Presidency would be a “catastrophic outcome”...for them and their climate grifts. I note that they’re always careful not to be too specific about these “outcomes”, making it easy for the general public to infer some actual physical climate situation, when the same “outcome” can just as easily refer to the stream of money being funneled into “green” being cut off and depriving the “climate change industry” of its funding.

That’s right, even if they were to stop all industry globally right now (which would kill, by starvation, billions of people) their forecasts for the rise in atmospheric CO2 will double.

I’m sick of going green, solar panels blocking out farmland, windmills that grind away killing off the national bird.
I do believe that animal and human farts rise above the clouds creating a dark mysterious mass. This is the Fart Layer. Someday this layer will burst, and all the foul farts will turn into liquid poop and saturate the earth.
The good news is that it will fertilize the earth else and crops will grow like never before. A veritable Garden of Eden.
