Embattled former Mayor Rudy Giuliani – a former prosecutor known for his work in taking down the mob in the Big Apple – can no longer practice law in New York, an appeals court ruled Tuesday.

“Rudolph William Giuliani, is disbarred from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York,” the First Department appeals court wrote in a decision released Tuesday.

Giuliani – once known as America’s Mayor for his response to the 9/11 terror attacks – was admitted to the Empire State’s bar in 1969 but has been stripped of his long-time profession following two criminal indictments for allegedly interfering in the 2020 presidential election.

Following indictments, not convictions.

The Left’s reward for Rudy’s turning NYC around and making it livable again.

How I hate the Left.

This is all because he accurately stated that the two GA election workers who were videotaped scanning ballots multiple times were cheating?

He was a living legend after 9/11 and now…well, you know, Trump.

Agreed.

Local Miami Florida media is fangirling over this bull crap move. Rudy was disbarred because he defended Donald Trump and fought against election fraud.

The Democrats have finally found what is, for them, the perfect one-two punch: Election cheating and lawfare.

How can they get away with this? It’s because the GOP elitists don’t care and the media is actively on the side of the Democrats.

Can this be reversed? Maybe, but only if Trump can somehow get the Republican Party back on track.

I doubt that NYC is livable at this point.

People and businesses need to leave there in droves.

I’m wondering if, when Merchan sentences Trump to prison, the rest of the country could somehow file a petition to eject New York from the United States.

Rudy was indicted in Arizona even though he was not involved in lawsuits there:

The left is going after everyone even remotely related to Trump; this is why some talking heads say Trump will be sentenced to prison next week.

Every thinking tax paying business and person - just leave NY. It needs to be sold to Canada ... pennies on the dollar.

They only use Ghettopotamuses and Water Buffalos for prosecutors these days. Bubble butts.

What court did this and under what authority?

Since Jack Smith is just an ordinary citizen (not legally appointed for any prosecuting ability) and is prosecuting Trump, how about some of us ordinary citizens indict the folks involved in this court and then use those indictments to kick them out of the Bar?

Doesn’t deserve to be disbarred but does deserve to be criticized for doing a whole bunch of overpromising and underdelivering

Well, I suppose if you put enough time, money & effort into it, you could turn a pit toilet into a home. I wouldn't bother...

No one has said it yet, and I might suddenly disappear, but

THIS is what the second amendment is for.

A tyrannical government, out of control and will not be reined in any other way.
