Some of the country’s largest media outlets have called on President Biden to step aside and allow another Democrat to take on former President Trump in November, following the president’s concerning debate performance last week.
Biden’s first debate performance raised alarms among some Democrats and supporters, with the president struggling to string ideas together or rebut Trump’s many false statements. Almost half of Democrats in a new poll say Biden should allow a different candidate to take the party’s nomination.
Here are the major outlets that have called on Biden to drop out of the race.

The Economist
Chicago Tribune
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Other newspapers weren’t as direct. Both The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal editorial boards said bowing out should be seriously considered by the president, though neither went as far as to explicitly recommend it.

Exactly. This guy was a bumbling stumbling moron during the Biden basement campaign . What corruption foisted on the American public. All those that participated and media are all fraudsters that need to do prison time. Now.
These publications didn’t just find this out on last Thursday. They’ve covered up his condition for years.
Personally, I hope he stays in the election race. I would like nothing more than for him to look worse than George McGovern did in 1972 against Nixon. McGovern didn’t even carry his home state! He carried MA and DC for a total of 17 electoral votes. Biden might do worse.

Last time I saw slick Willie he didn’t look much better than Biden. Coherent? Sure but he looks like death warmed over too.

This is the first timer a presidential debate was held before the conventions. Why is that?

Funny thing is that CNN helped Trump with the debate rules so he was seen as restrained and presidential. And allowed Joe to self-destruct...

Let Biden make his case at the Democrats’ convention. The parties have conventions for a reason. Bumbling Biden, Noxious Newson and Witch Whitmer can make their cases at the convention.
It’s not up to the New York Times or some woman like Stormy Daniels or Maureen Dowd to decide who runs America.

It was astonishing to me to see that CNN behaved themselves this time.
They better go to a dementia ward and see firsthand how bad this will be in short order. This isn’t basement Biden this is about to be much worse He is about to never be seen again ever.
