None of them need USA foreign aid and probably not getting it anymore. I know India used to get it in 20th century. Now India has 3rd largest economy in world based on purchasing power index.

Not anymore. Brics plus is 65 plus percent of the world’s population, and holds much of the worldwide commodities and resources. They are now all aligning against the US. We become “ irrelevant “, militarily and financially.
When they stop buying our debt ( bonds and Treasuries- which they are) which finances our government operations, we simply run out of money to operate.
Fact is weaponizing the USD facilitated dumping of the USD. Keep in mind the Brics “ currency “ is to be backed by Gold holdings and a countries natural resources…..and traded instantly digitally, no fees.
This process is spelled out by Brics, two- three years for widespread world use.
The US stopped using the dollar in 1913.
