None of them need USA foreign aid and probably not getting it anymore. I know India used to get it in 20th century. Now India has 3rd largest economy in world based on purchasing power index.

6 more were invited into BRICS and 4 joined beginning of this year. Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, and the United Arab Emirates ...argentina then pulled out altogether and the saudis hesitated.
Ethiopia gets mostly economic aid and Egypt receives mostly military aid...and IRAN just keeps getting money.
I’m thinking removing all aid would put the fear in the rest.
