New details emerge about Biden’s mental state — and the steps staffers take to shield him

More questions about President Biden’s cognitive state are emerging as a new poll showed a jaw-dropping 72% of registered voters do not believe he is mentally fit for the job.

While many Democrats were left flabbergasted and sent into a tailspin by Biden’s debate debacle last week, the 81-year-old president’s cognitive slips have been nothing new to his inner circle.

White House aides have been meticulously working behind the scenes throughout his presidency to minimize his exposure to situations where his cognitive slip-ups could flare up in public and to adapt the day-to-day of the presidency to the needs of an octogenarian.

The commander-in-chief is seen as prone to absent-minded gaffes and fatigue outside of six hours a day — between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. — and while traveling abroad, Axios said in a new report.

From shorter stairs when boarding Air Force One to guiding him on jaunts over concerns about his gait and proclivity for appearing lost, his team has reportedly been forced to step up its efforts over time to shield him more and more.

“I know many of these people and how the White House operates,” said Chandler West, the White House’s former deputy director of photography under Biden, in an Instagram story after the debate, Axios reported.

“They will say he has a ‘cold’ or just experienced a ‘bad night,’ but for weeks and months, in private, they have all said what we saw last night — Joe is not as strong as he was just a couple of years ago,” West said.

“The debate was not the first bad day, and it’s not gonna be the last,” said the ex-administration staffer, who had a first-hand seat to the president’s behavior.

“It’s time for Joe to go.”

As one who has cared for three dementia elders (my mother and both in-laws) I can confirm that it is the caretakers who have to change their own behavior to make accommodations for the declining abilities of the person.

Mr. RightField and I had to come to terms with this fact. The demented person has no ability any longer for learning. IOW, they can't do anything to accommodate their own decline, even if sometimes they are aware of it. It us solely up to the caretakers and others around them to modify their own behavior for the benefit of the failing person. This in and of itself becomes a tiring and stressful way to live.

There is one glaring fact that nobody wants to drag into the light-FJB’s decline began when he had an brain aneurysm-and then another one. He should have left the senate after that happened, because he had a permanent disability that would always affect him badly.. Think Gabbie Giffords-different cause of a brain injury, but permanently impaired also. The Biden family is/was so self centered that they would do anything to get the grift and keep it going-including lying to the voters about the “big guy” being disabled and declining for the last 30 or so years-nice people-NOT!

Those are major brain injuries-many people don’t survive one-and most people don’t survive two. Those who do have a long road of rehab to regain as much cognitive function as possible-and they begin to decline much earlier than uninjured people the same age because that is a permanent disability that has little to do with age directly. That is why there is such a difference in the obvious cognition of FJB and the 80+ year old owner of the local hardware store, the rancher up the road, the lady who owns the hair salon, prof Alan Dershowitz-or pres Trump. None of those people had a catastrophic brain injury...

Could it be that the MSM feels comfortable with promoting a senile candidate for the presidency because of their hatred for the country and its citizens?

I just spoke to my sister who loves Joe Biden, and saw the debate and said she did not know. I said, how could you know. And she said because we never see him. What?

I actually think that much of what I’d call MSM (the left-leaning media) suffer from a syndrome that makes them think they are BETTER, SMARTER and WISER than the common riff raff (Americans who believe in God and Country). What they are taught, think and experience are the only thing that matters, and what we think and be allowed to know should be controlled by them.

I used to think that the worst sorts of people were actually lawyers we have. Then that transitioned into Congressmen. But today in my older years, the biggest scum sucking bottom dwellers are journalists of the MSM. The Bill Kristols, Paul Begalas, the Chris Wallaces...... and dozens of others from the MSM.
