The American media has weighed in on Joe Biden's disastrous presidential debate and joined the growing calls for him to step down.
Biden is set to discuss the future of his re-election campaign this weekend amid the fallout of of Thursday's trainwreck debate performance. But if the liberal media has finally caved on the 81-year-old president, his options may be limited.
Polls indicate that even fewer voters believe Biden is prepared for another four years in The White House after they witnessed his mental and physical fitness appeared to have deteriorated.
Liberal Media giants have added fuel to fire by making bombshell demands of the commander-in-chief and asking him to finally throw in the towel and quit the presidential race.
TIME Magazine released a startling cover on their August edition that showed the president appearing to wander off the page with the singular word 'Panic' for the title.
The magazine reported Democratic Party leaders were in a state of disarray while they were watching the debate unfold.
'Biden appeared every bit the 81-year-old grandfather that he is, stammering with a thin voice through unintelligible arguments and often staring blankly, mouth agape, as Trump lobbed one verbal attack after another,' TIME senior correspondent Philip Elliott wrote.
'Biden froze up repeatedly and fumbled even some set-piece lines he had prepared in advance for the moment.
'Panic is not too strong a word to describe the sentiment that coursed through the Democratic Party from top to bottom as the debate unfolded.'
The Washington Post Editorial Board also took Biden to task by asking him whether continuing to stay in the race at the sake of his own pride was worth the damage it could do the country.

The press was still in full attack mode on the Sunday morning shows. Any guests that tried to stand up for Biden were run over and asked follow up after follow up on who might replace him and how many different ways might that happen.

Message: Just 3 months ago, MSNBC reported on Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities, advising viewers: “Biden is far beyond cogent. He is better than he has EVER been intellectually, analytically. He is the best ever.”
This was not the Biden seen on CNN’s televised presidential debate, a US security threat, that every major media outlet is now demanding should resign.
MSNBC clearly misled viewers with its false reporting.
MSM was caught in The Big Fake? Funny how Trump is right about everything.
Or, this is a massive rehabilitation effort.
Not because they’re now going to be honest. But because it’s part of a dirty trick of some sort, and they want Biden haters on their side for now. And there are a lot of Biden haters out there, that typically don’t believe the media, but some might start listening to them some now.

We can ‘hate’ George Soros because he inflicts so much misery on people and he’s aware of what he’s doing. That’s not the case with Biden.
Biden’s a little, greedy jerk off... and the press? They became compromised slowly - and they lack the insight to know what they’ve become or how it happened. That’s not the stuff that makes up ‘hate’.

The polls haven’t moved in since September of last year. Trumps lead is holding even after the convictions.
Democrats LAST hope was the debate, and that blew up within minutes of it starting.

Our president is elected by the electoral college. And with Georgia not in play this go around and starting with the 2020 outcome. Trump only needs ONE STATE to get to 270 - Pennsylvania
Where Trump has been ahead by 3 or so for the last 6 months.
Trump has other paths to victory, but that is the easiest and most probable basis on polling for this entire year.
Again, starting with 2020 numbers and giving Georgia and Penn to Trump = exactly 270 and victory.

There’s something definitely afoot as the hardest leftist reporters were 100% in lockstep the minute the debate was over. Joy Reid on MSNBC called Biden “feeble” at least twice that I saw, which would not have happened were it not part of a plot.
So what is the plot? First, to give the media some much needed credibility, which they need for the next part of the plan. That appears to be, either replace him with someone like Michelle O. or RFK Jr., or, to try to start a violent confrontation if Biden stays in and wins.
There’s no other reasons the press would now be attacking Biden. Unless you think they are suddenly noble and doing it to help Trump. Joy Reid? Get real. Chuck Todd was back on Meet the Press today ripping Biden a new one, which has to have an ulterior motive.

The big story isn’t Joe...it’s the media has exposed just how much they lie. We all know they do...some are still trusting. But this is off the scale - the entire narrative has been around how Joe is fine and, if anything, Trump has cognitive issues!
Now everyone can see how badly they all lied.

Expect a few quick court cases to allow a new slate of candidates, or Trump in max security prison.
The Dems view this election as one they have to secure in order to survive. All the crap they have done, and they are not able to control Trump. Just like the Gracchi, they may chose the ultimate solution.

There are no candidates.
Nobody has been nominated for President by either the Republican or Democratic Party.
If a state wants to “close the ballot” before the conventions are held they could do it—but they would be the laughingstock of the entire country—and their own courts would probably order them to remedy the nonsense.
They should be twisting in the wind a lot more, but it rarely happens.
First, Biden is behind in the polls. Second, he has to debate the Republican challenger at least twice. Third, there comes a point when cheating becomes farcical.
The press knew Biden would crash during the debates. They know what the polls show and know they will only get worse. Cheating isn’t an option when you’re down by more that 3%. And as mentioned up thread, the threat now is that Biden drags everyone down.
The fascinating thing for me is how will they justify leaving him in office until November
Yeah, if he’s not fit to campaign, he’s not fit to be president. Biden doesn’t stop being an ‘issue’ if he serves a lame duck period.
Georgia is in play just like every other State is, quite speaking BS that’s been debunked 100 times the last couple of days.
Most states are not in play for most elections. Trump is so far ahead in Georgia (and has been in polls for a year) as to consider it in his column to begin with.
So if you start with the 2020 map, and then immediately give Georiga to Trump. All Trump needs to win is Pennsylvania, that alone will give Trump exactly the 270 needed to win. Trump will almost certainly also win Arizona, and Nevada, but those along with Michigan, Wisconsin would just be icing on the cake or another possible route to victory should Trump somehow lose Penn.
All part of the Gavin Newsome, Michelle Obama plan.
