Now for the sitdown: Obama, Klain and Biden meet to discuss replacement, Kamala becomes Fredo -report

Like mafiosos, or the old gray men of the Kremlin trying to figure out how to get rid of Leonid Brezhnev or Konstantin Chernenko, Democrat power players have called in Joe Biden for a sitdown.

Dougie Kass, a hedge fund shark who leads Seabreeze Capital Partners of Palm Beach, Florida, reports the dirt:

What I am hearing regarding Joe Biden. Ron Klain and Barack Obama are having a sit down with the President today. Jill Biden is insistent that Joe runs. Kamala is furious that she is not being considered as a replacement (Whitmer and Newsom are). Interestingly my neighbor in… — Dougie Kass (@DougKass) June 28, 2024

He's echoed by MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace who says roughly the same thing. Kass, being a hedge fund guy, thrives on getting and acting on information before the herd stampedes, so he may well know what's going on. It wouldn't be surprising if Wallace, a consumate political operative and dirty trickster herself, might have some kind of inside track, too:

🚨MSNBC'S NICOLLE WALLACE JUST SAID CONVERSATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE TO REPLACE BIDEN TOMORROW!

It's not just a coincidence the left is railing against Joe.

The debate was a SETUP to replace Biden with Gavin Newsom, Michelle Obama, or Kamala Harris.

Share to make this go viral! pic.twitter.com/lP1QjsRRFE — Bo Loudon (@BoLoudon) June 28, 2024

For those of us who have been wondering who pulls the puppet strings, now we have the answer -- Obama, and former chief of staff Ron Klain, who's got 'political operative' written all over him.

Would we have been better off if Trump ad said no to the debate? We never would have had the soup de grace necessary to begin replacing him if that debate never happened. It started out like a Trump hit job, and then looked like they were throwing the match at CNN as if on cue. They suddenly let down their guard with Trump and started giving him an opportunity to rebut Biden.

Time for Democrats to start making offers to people that cannot be refused.

I think the Democrats will run with Whitmer.

California under Newsom has become a mess.

Whitmer can carry the swing state of Michigan, and she’s female.

I’m betting they’re going to try to insert Barack Obama. They’ll replace Kamala (pay her $1 billion), on the ticket with Barack. After two years, Biden resigns, and Barack becomes President.

Available at: https://digitalcommons.law.uga.edu/fac_artchop/1012

“Does the Constitution limit the ability of a twice-before-elected President to serve as Vice-President? This question, as it turns out, presents an intricate constitutional puzzle, the solution of which requires working through four separate sub-inquiries: Is a two-term President totally ineligible for the Vice-Presidency? Is such a person barred from election to the Vice-Presidency even if that person remains appointable to that office? Is a twice-before-elected President, even if properly placed in the Vice-Presidency, incapable of succeeding from that office to the Presidency? And even if such a succession can occur, must the resulting term of service as President expire after two years?

This Article addresses each of these questions by laying bare the implications of the decisive constitutional texts — namely, Article II’s enumeration of Presidential qualifications, the Twelfth Amendment’s treatment of qualifications for the Vice-Presidency, and the post-service limitations placed on two-term Presidents by the Twenty-Second Amendment.

To be sure, thoughtful analysts have argued that the Constitution forecloses the possibility that a twice-before-elected President can hold (or at least secure election to) the Vice-Presidential office. Close inspection reveals, however, that that view misses the mark. In fact, the relevant constitutional provisions, their histories, and their purposes all point to the same conclusion: A twice-before-elected President may become Vice-President either through appointment or through election and — like any other Vice-President — may thereafter succeed from that office to the Presidency for the full remainder of the pending term.”

“Gabbard” has some integrity.

That’s a dangerous to the Wall Street elite thing in a Democrat (or Republican).

The Democratic Party serves the Wall Street elite and other takers.

Gabbard might help force the takers to make and the Wall Street elite not to take too much.

I would rather Trump ran against Biden than a replacement. The polls are clear who is ahead. The dems need him out.
This is why the debate was so early, so they have time to oust him.

It seems so obvious to me. And yes, If Trump declined until September or October they would not have the time they need to run another candidate successfully.

Don’t be suckered. Time will tell.

My bet is Harris is considered as a replacement the democrats selected her as VP for a reason they would be hard pressed to find another stooge as easy as her to steer to keep their agenda going.

May be a lot of the Russian cold happening in D.C. soon.

bet there is a grain of truth in this, all of these people lie constantly but they have to know something needs to be done here.

And there’s no reason that bitch Kamala shouldn’t be angry but party first, Kammy, remember?

> Will a 25th Amendment action provoke a Constitutional Crisis (based on the ineligibility of Kamala Harris to assume the Presidency)? <

No crisis. The qualifications to be VP are the same as those for president. When Harris ran as VP in 2020, no court stepped in. No fuss was made by anyone important. Same will happen if she becomes president.

The Dems can't legally replace Biden and they hate Harris. THEY WILL REPLACE HARRIS ON THE TICKET. The ticket will be Biden-Newsome.

EVERYONE will know that they are really voting for Newsome. After the election, they will invoke the 25th and guess who will be president ???

Obama just tweeted that Biden is staying in the running in order for Obama to have a fourth term.

“Bad debate nights happen. Trust me, I know. But this election is still a choice between someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life and someone who only cares about himself. Between someone who tells the truth; who knows right from wrong and will give it to the American people straight — and someone who lies through his teeth for his own benefit. Last night didn’t change that, and it’s why so much is at stake in November.”

Madrasa Man and Joe

That team lacks a female.

Women make up a majority of Democratic voters and they expect to be pandered to, even if the woman candidate is a token female like Kamala Harris.

Democratic voters expect ‘respect’.

Obama selects Kamala as VP for the two years (double-black ticket with a female), and promises to support her for President after. He might even be able to serve as her VP.

“25th Amendment action”

“No fuss was made by anyone important.”

Pence is standing by. If Biden gets tossed, Pence gets the Oval Office since Kamala Harris is not a natural born citizen.

Why don’t you know 2020 election fraud is silly talk.

Quotes from The Conservative Treehouse:

Sen. Trumbull, framer of 14th Amend. – “The provision is, that ‘all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.’ That means ‘subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.’ What do we mean by ‘complete jurisdiction thereof?’ Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means.”

John Bingham, framer of 14th Amend. – “I do not stand here to cavil with men who are not read in the horn-books of the law; but I assert that every man born within the limits of the Republic, or under its flag at sea, of parents who were not the subjects of any other sovereignty, are, in the very words of the Constitution, natural born citizens”

Rep Bingham quote is from Cong. Globe, 37th, 2nd Sess., 407 (1862) [verified]
Sen Trumbull quote is from Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 2893 (1866) [unverified]

Kamala “Fredo” Harris - I like that. And on a related note, maybe Brandon would be well-advised to check out the meaning of “sleeps with the fishes” if Dr. Jill insists he plug away at the campaign.
