If it means meeting the MSM's and Uniparty's bread and circuses expectations for the voters to shut up and do as they are told, it was a disaster.
Certainly better than having Chris Wallace debate on behalf of Biden.
Riiiiight. So this author goes to the interwebs and grabs posts from far leftists that were unhappy with the results of the debate.
Dr. Jill and other Biden handlers are guilty of senior abuse.
Trump's warts and weaknesses aside...Biden is not fit to make jello.
To keep him there only proves once again...the shadow government exists, that it stays in the shadows for a reason, that reason is that those who lurk in the shadows...are usually up to no-good.
If sunlight is the best disinfectant, these people represent a bacteria much more dangerous to the masses than a viral pandemic.
These left-wing hacks calling what President Trump says “lies” were saying the accusation that Biden is senile was a lie.
So there you go.
Watch for Joe Biden to challenge President Trump to a third debate sometime in mid-December๐ ๐ ๐
The left obsessively accuses Trump of lying but never say what the lies are. They think Trump’s world view is a lie. An alternate universe thing.
Yes, this worked suprisingly well. Moderators more-or-less behaved themselves, both candidates took turns, didn’t run over. In all that, one of the best debates I’ve watched. Plus, it gave Biden plenty of time to come apart and destroy his campaign.
The debate format was tailored to give Biden an advantage. Muted mics meant he could concentrate without being interrupted by Trump. No audience meant less distractions from applause and audience outbursts. Also, the original rules specified they’d be seated, but that was changed.
Yes, it showed how bad the media’s boy really was!
It showed how much in the bag the media has been for Biden.
What was the final nail was that his enabler wife had to lead him where to go, at the end.
Leftists whining because their propaganda arm - the corporate media - didn’t interfere enough for their liking.
It worked for trump, it kept him focused because there wasn’t a crowd to play too like at the rallies
The only real information in this article is that Robert E. Kelly, professor of political science is a moron.
"Come on, Joey. You can make it. I got your hand, baby. Just one tiny step down."
Letting them talk, not having an audience of cheering sycophants, and not making it about Chris Wallace? Yes. It worked.
The one rule that got rejected was having a stand-in for Biden.
Why, at the end, did Dana Bash keep pressing President Trump on if he would abide by the election results, regardless of the democrat fraud (I added the last part)? She should have asked Joe the same question, but alas... I thought President Trump handled it well.
It clearly didn’t work. It was set by the Biden team to cover up his senility. He was totally exposed.
As a procedure for informing the audience, it worked quite well. It even imposed some needed restraint on the moderators.
Actually, that was one of the subtle pro-Biden biases that the CNN employees with microphones displayed. The other was alternately addressing Donald Trump as "Mr President" or "Mr Former President". at least they did not address him as "Convicted Felon" ; that would probably be reserved for Chris Wallace if he ever gets another chance to take sides in a debate.
They should use the format for their own shows. I’m sick of “pundits” shouting over each other.
