I totally get how fantastic it is that the Chevron doctrine is dead. Administrative law was the 800 pound gorilla with no judicial oversight-those agencies could ruin lives with their unbridled power.
I don’t think we can predict at this point where this will end, but....
There will be thousands of court cases against everything from the EPA to the ATF with the claim that they are making laws.
It will go on for years.
Hopefully it will end the practice of congress putting difficult decisions in the hands f unelected bureaucrats in order to say “I didn’t do it” at election thime.
