I totally get how fantastic it is that the Chevron doctrine is dead. Administrative law was the 800 pound gorilla with no judicial oversight-those agencies could ruin lives with their unbridled power.
EV and MPG EPA orders are also dead unless specified in text in a law passed by congress and signed by the president. Then it would have to survive constitutionality court challenges.
