Steve Bannon, a former Trump adviser, must report to prison by Monday after the Supreme Court rejected his appeal on Friday.
Bannon was previously convicted in July 2022 of contempt of Congress for defying subpoenas from the House Jan. 6 select committee.
He was sentenced to four months in jail.

The House should have withdrawn the subpoenas 3 years ago and passed a resolution that the Committee was improperly formed and therefore their findings were null and void.
This jail sentence should be stayed on appeal and the fact that it is not is a total miscarriage of justice

Should we expect the same from the Supreme Court if Merchan orders Trump to prison while his case is being appealed?
