The funny thing is, Obama is describing Trump, who is the good, upstanding person, and describing Biden who is the selfish, lying criminal that he’s always been.
Something seems fake about all of this. Possibilities: they know exactly how to steal the election so none of the debate fallout matters. Something we've noted on this forum for some months now is coming into play. It's that there is no way to move Dementia Joe out without either his cooperation or that of at least 1/3 of the Republicans in the Senate and House. He has enough delegates to take the nomination now unless the Dems make some really radical changes in their party rules. Yes, the Rules Committee meets before the convention but its rulings are supposed to apply to the next convention, not the one at hand. Unless they change that too. Which action might just break the party in two.
Obama is just “going through the motions” as an ex democrat President who has to back his former VP.
He knows Biden is finished, but he has to maintain team camaraderie for optics.
