President Joe Biden, who reportedly will not drop out of the 2024 presidential race, will participate in the second debate in September, a Biden adviser told CNN Friday.
ABC News’ David Muir and Linsey Davis will serve as moderators for the September 10 debate. More details of the event, including rules, location, staging, and format, are not yet decided, according to ABC News.
Pressure is mounting on Biden to step down as many Democrats and media members display hysteria following a disastrous Thursday debate.
Biden mumbled, sounded raspy, and appeared to lose track of his thoughts a few times. Even during his prepared closing statement, Biden did not deliver without error. First lady Jill Biden later walked him down the studio steps after the debate.

There’s a take on this debate I’ve heard from a lot of folks on the right, that is tempting and understandable, but completely wrong— one that says that the Democrats knew Biden would bomb this badly and scheduled the debate early so they could move him out of the way.
Nonsense.
Most of the people closest to Biden who would have been making these decisions are Dem apparatchiks, but more specifically, they are Biden apparatchiks. They wouldn’t enjoy anywhere near the same power and access with his successor. For better or worse, their fates are tied to Biden specifically.
They had the debate early because they knew that while Biden was not in great shape, they had drunk the Kool-Aid and convinced themselves, at least to some degree, of the lies they have been telling for years to the American people about his mental state.
They thought that if they worked with the most favorable rules, on the most favorable network with the most favorable moderators, and gave Biden a full week to prep, they would be able to get through it and even if they didn’t “win” it would be far enough from the election that voters would ignore a mediocre performance.
They were not counting on what a disaster it would be to have Biden fully unmasked 1:1 vs. a competent and energetic opponent.
Yes, Biden’s performance was such a disaster that it’s tempting to think “this was all planned” but that’s only if you ignore the levels of self-deception, lying and magical thinking that have dominated the Democrat party for years now.
That’s what was exposed on the debate stage last night.
Trump doesn't need another debate, he should pass.

He will be debating at the nursing home because he will not be the candidate.. enter Michelle Obama.
Trump MUST set the terms of this one. I understand why he went along with the first debate, but he holds ALL the cards now. And do NOT be overconfident.

He should pass by saying another debate, after what happened last night, would be “elder abuse” & while the Dems will obviously engage in it, he will not.

I’m not going to say that this is going to happen but anyone would think so; The democrats are in panic mode, surely many of them will be thinking how to avoid the next appointment, it is too late to introduce some Chinese, Korean, Mongolian or any country virus, even if it is African, in order to decree that all votes They will be by mail; The other possibility that may be in their minds is to replace Biden and the best excuse to do so would be to recognize that we have been governed (in quotes) by a person with his extremely deteriorated faculties.
If the latter were to happen, can you imagine who the replacement would be?

Why even have a second debate. By Sept. 10 Biden’s mental situation will only have diminished much farther. In fact, his mental condition is so bad that he doesn’t know his brain is toast.
B.S. The RATS set up last night’s rebate just to convince their voters that they need to get rid of the clown 86 million of them voted for.
Biden will be replaced within 30 days if that’s even possible. The issue is that it is VERY hard to swap candidates in a lot of states. In a few states he’d have to be unalive to be replaced.

TODAY, on GMA, he forcefully stated that TRUMP LIED ABOUT THE EXTRA Police & National Guard he offered Nancy PELOSI to help keep the peace.
Karl said THAT NEVER HAPPENED...TRUMP DIDN’T “CALL UP THE NG, ETC, ETC”. NEVER HAPPENED.
PELOSI HERSELF IS ON VIDEO in her daughter’s ‘Documentary’ stating she TURNED DOWN THE OFFER.
PELOSI had to make the final decision because it was the HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES BUILDING.
SHE NOW HAS ADMITTED “THE RESPONSIBILITY” was entirely hers.
APPARENTLY KARL DOESN’T want to listen even to PELOSI.
IF I were ABC-—the next hour of Karl’s life would have produced: HIS FINAL PAYCHECK/ HIS PERSONAL ITEMS BOXED & REMOVED FROM HIS OFFICE/ HIS PASSWORDS CANCELLED & HE WOULD HAVE BEEN FROG MARCHED OFF THE PROPERTY.
IT is one thing to be “Partisan”.
IT is entirely different to continue to make such statements about TRUMP.
AFTER TRUMP gets elected—for the 3rd time-—I sincerely hope that KARL NEVER GETS NEAR HIM WITH ANOTHER ‘interview’.
