What I want to know is what happens to Biden’s huge campaign war chest if this happens? I mean it was donated to the “Biden Harris” campaign not “The eventual Democrat Nominee”, doesn’t seem like it would be legal to just hand it hand it all over to Newsom or somebody else. But if it can’t be, then that nominee will have a HUGE disadvantage, basically starting a campaign from scratch in July with -0- in the bank.
