Slight tangent...
I worked on equipment on RV Pt Lobos out of Moss Landing Ca.
Alan Alda showed up to narrate a TV show (forget which). We ran a remotely operated sub. After docking, the crew all agreed that no other passenger spent more time on the rail blowing his guts out. The poor guy couldn’t even hold down ginger ale and soda crackers.

Forgot. The Pt Lobos began life as a mud boat from Louisiana. It was round bottomed with little keel. Nicknamed Pt Puke.

Howdy, Kathy.
Odd weather day up there today. The mountains were hidden by thick clouds for a long time and there was a heavy fog bank over the inlet. Fog bank’s gone and the mountains are mostly visible now but thick clouds sit on top.
Sun blazing elsewhere all day. Pretty, and cooler from what I read. I imagine everyone’s happy about that!
