Ukraine doesnt use such missiles vs Shahid drones.
Current defenses against such seem to be manpads (which is a problem too, but not nearly as bad) or guns. The German Gepard 35mm seems to be the best. But these things are all point defenses, and thus inefficient.
It is still a positive trade for the Russians as the Ukrainians must have a good number of men tied down in point defense.
