States are rich enough, educated enough and high tech enough to have their own versions.
Get rid of all non Constitutionally mandated departments.

Why? Because that’s what Russia, Iran, North Korea want !
Trump want to make the CIA, FBI, DOJ Great Again - by sacking the bad apples working for them.
The vast majority of the people working at these institutions are good people. Let’s give them good bosses!
