WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WPEC) — A cook at Red Lobster in Florida was accused of returning to work hours after his shift ended with a gun to rob the casual dining restaurant.
The Broward County man was sent home around 6:30 p.m. on April 14 because the Red Lobster, which is already reportedly on the corporate list of locations to close, was not busy, the West Palm Beach Police Department said. He allegedly returned masked and armed around 11 p.m., after the restaurant had closed.
Authorities in Florida say Ta ‘Shambae Saleme Greene, a cook at Red Lobster, is accused of returning to work hours after his shift ended with a gun to rob the restaurant.

Yes.
He looks so bright. I’m surprised he wasn’t successful
Ta ‘Shambae Saleme Greene.
His brother’s name is Rama Lama Ding Dong
Aka “Sean”, when he’s not pistol whipping his work manager and using helium to disguise his Robber-Voice.
**Okay, I made up the helium part up.
But that would have been quite a scene, hey!
Somebody looking like Issac Hayes, and sounding like
Minnie Mouse ‘barking orders’ to the cashier.
The usual suspect.
when ya got a voice like scooby doo- probably not a good idea to take up masked robbery
”If by that you mean proof that you’re a fool, OK.”
“i got’s a alibi! I was at work!”
By that time, Ta ‘Shambae Saleme Greene had totally forgotten he'd robbed the Red Lobster.
Most criminals are really, really stupid.
Maybe he had a bad clam.
I can see why they went out of business.
I have eaten at that Red Lobster.
The usual suspect.
I don’t know about that. Ta ‘Shambae Saleme Greene... that sounds Scots-Irish to me!
But so far the really stupid part hasnt been registering in reply either.
It might be possible for a person to rob the place they work if they were disguised well enough, used notes or recordings, something. There are potentially ways to pull it off. Maybe he wrongly thought he was better friends with the manager and the manager would pretend he didnt know.
But the manager sent him home because it was slow. Why would you rob the one place that you know doesnt have any amount of cash worth stealing?
A good thing he didn’t decide to kill anyone who might have recognized him. Happens too often.
A shame.
He was working simultaneously on a degree in microbiology AND quantum mechanics.
Not.......
“manager recognizes his voice”
Reminds me of this scene from the sopranos

Red lobster going bankrupt. The management sent him home early....
I get it...they took his ability to earn money...they are going bankrupt...they ain’t gonna miss the money...they already bankrupt..he needs the money..he came back after the place closed...he forgot that he(and everyone else) shall not steal...guilty dude...
