The constitution defines slavery is involuntary servitude and does not have an exemption for the draft. When they made that amendment, they knew exactly where the military draft was and did not provide an exception for it.

The government argues that it’s not really a draft, that it’s merely the government selecting from a giant pool of volunteers.
But last I checked, the constitution does forbid involuntary servitude. I will help any child resist the draft with all the energy I have especially since they’re going to be in the service of this filthy DC government.

Well, this day and age, as women can join and serve in most roles, as they can run for office, even be president, then they should share and shoulder the same burden as men. Register both. Besides, this may slow down leaders from starting wars and calling up youth if it includes their daughters.
