The U.S. killed a senior ISIS official during a strike in Syria on Sunday, according to the military.
U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said the airstrike killed Usamah Jamal Muhammad Ibrahim al-Janabi.
“His death will disrupt ISIS’s ability to resource and conduct terror attacks,” CENTCOM said in a statement on the social platform X. “CENTCOM, alongside allies and partners in the region, will continue to execute operations to degrade ISIS operational capabilities and ensure its enduring defeat.”
CENTCOM said there was no indication that any civilians were harmed in the strike.

Agreed. Feel like US has killed hundreds of “senior” leaders in terror groups and they just keep coming. Does US no longer believe in cutting supply lines? Focus on all the countries and sources where these groups get funding. Then maybe killing a few senior leaders will make a difference.

Presumably their war WILL be forever unless civilized countries encourage civilized people to eliminate every single one of them. In less than a month they could all be gone!
