After the Supreme Court refused to hear the case from states objecting to the states who didn’t follow their own legislatures’ laws regarding elections, it is clear that the only check and balance that the rest of us states have to the fraud happening in the dem-controlled states is the vote to either accept or reject what they call an “electoral vote”. If enough states committed to rejecting “electoral votes” that don’t have protections against fraud, or that don’t fit the Constitutional definition for “electoral vote” (chosen in the manner prescribed by the state legislature), it could force states to actually do what they’re supposed to be doing but there’s “no controlling authority” to MAKE them do.

I’d appreciate any input from legal eagles or others.

The failure to even hear the case of election officials violating state and federal law by the Supreme Courts (State & USSC) is a stain they will never erase. As far as the USSC is concerned, this failure was probably the most political action (non-action) in its history.
