The failure to even hear the case of election officials violating state and federal law by the Supreme Courts (State & USSC) is a stain they will never erase. As far as the USSC is concerned, this failure was probably the most political action (non-action) in its history.

I think it was Justice Thomas who in his dissent said that there just isn’t time between the election and the counting of the electoral votes to get to the bottom of fraud and other issues through the systems in place.

I would think that would make it imperative for states to defend themselves from having an election stolen from them by other states’ fraud. Sure, other states are Constitutionally entitled to run their own elections. But they are not entitled to have what doesn’t qualify as an “electoral vote” counted as if it was one.

And these crooked states need to realize that the other states will not be shat upon forever.
