Intriguing that the case got this far. The immigration judges must not have ran this past the DOJ brass. The illegals ignored orders to appear, but so do something like 90% of them. Apparently, they sued before their cases had a chance to just fade away as most seem to do.

Trumps first ex order should be to make deals with Attorneys General of all the countries these illegals came from.
