Rubio, 53, is among the youngest candidates on Trump’s short list. He was first elected to the Senate in 2010 with support from the Tea Party faction of the GOP after serving almost a decade in the Florida state House. He was seen as a rising star in the party and perhaps the future face of the GOP ahead of his presidential run in 2016.

Rubio cannot run as a VP candidate since he lives in the same state as Prez Trump. Thats my understanding. I may be wrong.
I like Vivek too. But I don’t think i’d stay home from this election even if his pick is someone I don’t like.
Rubio is also not an natural born Citizen. He’s not qualified.

3) Libs would like it. If something were to happen to Trump Rubio would be president. And I don’t trust him at all. I remember the first time he ran for President- Fox news was “All Rubio, All the Time”. I even wrote to them and asked if they knew there were other people in the face. The only other time I wrote to Fox news was when I asked them if they knew that Mitt Romney’s first name was NOT ‘frontrunner’

Vivek is not qualified due to the fact he isn’t a natural born Citizen. Both of his parents weren’t legal naturalized US citizens when he was born. Plus he’s from a third world country and not the type of person the original founders would have wanted as a president.
