Not interested in castration as a general goal! For post-pubertal folks we can already mostly turn them off, or stop treatment and let them turn back on. If we discover reasons to want more than those options develop better, more narrow, more specific, yet reversible medical tweaks. And those poor bastards married to progressive woke Karens, who might most benefit from the procedure, are mostly already self-castrated.

However, as for the artificial womb option SF (especially Lois McMaster Bujold's Vorkosigan Saga's "uterine replicator") shows many attractive features for that option. Lots of science to be developed for that is feasible and also a lot of cultural evolution needed before we're ready for them. But I wouldn't rule them out, sight unseen.
