I like most of them but Carson is 72 and we should be looking for someone to devote highly productive years after Trump’s 4. So J. D. Vance on list fits that bill. He is 39. Vance also wrote Hillbilly Elegy, a favorable take on Appalachians as he has roots in Appalachian parts of Ohio, Ky and WVa. He is also a combat vet and well educated. Anti-needless senseless American hegemity. I also like Tulsi but perhaps her former Dem credentials do not poll well. 38 year old Vivek would be a staunch defender of Trump but maybe he is also a victim of polling. Trump turned off a LOT of heretofore backers when he suggested he would “bomb” China and Russia if they gave him any guff. He really has to start measuring his words!

The only quality the VP needs is to be an attack dog for Trump. He does not need to fight off the press and lead the country. No more Thirty Pence.
That’s what scares me about a Constitutional Convention that many conservatives call for. It is like throwing the dice. We may even end up with none of the Bill of Rights or watered down 1A, 2A etc. with right to have a gun to hunt but must be stored at an armory the rest of the time, right to speak but it cannot “offend” anyone, etc.

The ERIC system that about 1/2 of states use to identify inactive voters. (deceased, moved, etc) is used by Ds to create fraud ballots, knowing no one will be around to challenge.
So the purported ERIC system designed to remove fake voters, is a means to actually create them.
Vance is becoming my choice. He speaks Trump’s language in a persuasive less vitriolic manner. He’ll win arguments that way without scaring Indies. Won’t back down. Does not accept premises of MAGA criticisms from Ds or the media (but I repeat myself)
There is plenty being written about a proposed Article V(5) Convention of States, which is a recognized way to change the U.S. Constitution. I heed warnings to the effect that if we reach critical mass in states calling for a Convention that once set into motion it could change our Constitution in ways we could not imagine. I do not like throwing the dice. The loonies might seize control (as they tend ro do!).
Article V (5) of the U.S. Constitution reads as follows:
“The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.”
