A recent development in the legal proceedings involving former President Donald Trump has raised concerns over potential irregularities in the jury deliberations. New York Judge Juan Merchan recently issued a notice to both the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and Trump’s legal team regarding a post on the Facebook page of the New York court system.

I’m not so sure about that. I’m sure this douche-nozzle Merchan has been sitting around watching the cable news networks and waiting for the call on his impending presidential medal of freedom, and realizes now that he is the jokiest of jokes in the legal community, and some where deep down inside he wants to get this oncoming humiliation off of his plate as he sees MAGA ascending and Trump pulling in nearly half a billion dollars in the past week.
Yeah, I think Juan Merchan realizes he’s about to get the horns of the bull he thinks he lanced and had down for the count.

Not writing the whole comment is Merchan once again putting his entire hand on the scale of justice. Everybody in the world was making predictions, but only one person said his cousin, the juror, told what verdict and when….was correct.
So, why didn’t merchan send all the info to the lawyers? The media will only show the letter if they talk above it it at all. The rest of the post is the important part.

The issue will drastically delay the appeal process after sentencing. This means one thing....Merchan is going to sentence Trump to jail.
It will take years to sort out a defective juror issue. Meanwhile the verdict will stand. No appeal will be filed until the juror issue is determined.Merchan will bever declare a mistrial; befpore the e;ection. He ,ight if TRump is elected, its his escape hatch from being later joined as a defendent in a malicious prosecution law suit, or i n a federal charge of espionage.
And everyone needs to remember that it’s completely legal to lie on the internet. In fact it’s a hobby of mine. 🤣
I don’t roll often, but when I do it usually involves saying things in such a way as to cause people to think I’m saying something I’m not. And that’s usually when the fun begins. 😎
A post verdict mistrial may be granted for only a portion of the jury's verdict, and a final judgment entered for the rest of verdict, if the reason for the mistrial does not require a mistrial as to the entire case.
Your ignorance of that fact does not make me wrong, much less stupid.
Could the decision to enter a final judgment on some counts, and retry Trump in a few weeks on the other counts, be challenged? Sure. But until Trump got a higher Court in New York, or a Federal Court, to stop it, he would still be under the gag order, and compelled to appear in court whenever the trial judge wants.
Perhaps they don’t want all those arguing meant to be made public. This way they avoid the embarrassment of all of that stuff being discussed ad nauseam on the internet and the TV and radio broadcast news sources.
Do you remember in the movie, rain man, when Tom Cruise tried to get his autistic brother to get on an airplane at the airport, it all started with, “uh oh”, escalated to him throwing a bit of a fit, to finding him going absolutely bananas and having to be restrained.
That’s what Democrats and the far left are doing right now. And it has not hit the final phase yet. So yeah, I agree with you. The s***’s about to get real. But we have a few months.

Anyone could have posted that, including a false flag, or a fantasist.
Folks, this is VERY BAD news. This will accomplish 2 goals for the Dems:
1) Make Merchan look somewhat legitimate; and
2) Allow for a new trial, with Trump kept off the campaign trail and subject to a gag order for another 6 weeks.
Also, Trump won’t be able to appeal, as his conviction will be vacated.
My guess is that they will say “sure, he posted it... BUT he didn’t intend for it to be criminal or agaisnt protocol, therefore he’s innocent, conviction stands

It is a ploy to keep the show trial going for another month or two during the campaign season.
