Let’s be honest. The Republicans want the tapes to use for political advertising. Garland has seen the tapes and knows they would be devastating in Republican’s hands. Garland knows if the issue was brought to the courts he would be forced to release them. He is attempting to delay until after the election. The tapes must be really really good.
