Many illegal migrants will voluntarily flee to Canada if President Donald Trump is re-elected, a Democrat-appointed ambassador told an elite Canadian audience in Ottowa.
“These people aren’t just going to sit there and wait to be rounded up,” former U.S. ambassador to Canada Bruce Heyman told a national security conference on June 3, according to Canada’s National Post.
Heyman is a former top executive at the Goldman Sachs investment firm and a fundraiser for Democrats. He was appointed to the ambassador job by President Barack Obama.
“What would a second Donald Trump presidency mean for Canada?” columnist Tasha Kheiriddin wrote:
… there are three very real dangers posed by the election of Trump 2.0 that politicians need to pay attention to, according to former U.S. ambassador to Canada Bruce Heyman, who presented them to a security conference in Ottawa earlier this week …
The first is the potential impact of one of Trump’s signature policies: the mass deportation of up to 11 million undocumented migrants from the United States. Trump made similar promises in his 2016 campaign, which he did not achieve. But observers say this time, he will be more effective, leveraging sympathetic officials at the Department of Homeland Security, the justice system and the military.
What does this mean for Canada? Heyman was blunt: “These people aren’t just going to sit there and wait to be rounded up.” Should Trump win, they will immediately begin making plans to leave — and they will not go south, but north.

Canada isn’t going to let them in.
“Heyman is a former top executive at the Goldman Sachs investment firm”
HOW when he has the IQ of a potato? How do these morons get jobs like that? Is it the Ivy league scam?
EXCELLENT NEWS!
It should actually be pretty easy.
Scare tactics, and nonsense.
Nobody is going to be “rounded up”, it’s much easier than that.
Stop paying illegals food stamps, housing, EBT cards, Obamacare and giving them driver’s licenses.
Some folks would say that driver’s licenses are provided by states and not the federal government. True, but an executive order making it illegal for illegals to drive on any road built by the feds or any state highway built with federal funding, then enforce the law. No court appearance, just immediate deportation.
No federal benefits for non citizens, no exceptions.
Start indexing deceased American citizen social security numbers with still active numbers and delete them from the system.
There are dozens of ways to get illegals to leave voluntarily without “rounding them up”.
Millions will go home if the free money stops.
Very simple.
LOL. Justin Trudeau can suck eggs.
And the downside to this is what?
And Canada will bus them to NYC.
I fail to see the downside lol!
I seriously doubt it, but if it happens that way I’m OK with it.
Cool. Let Justin and Chrystia have ‘em.
Great problem solved, and another promise kept.
yeah....do it.....I’ll bet the Canadians get off their holier than thou attitude real quick....
Ok Americans, it’s your job to vote for the Democrat, which may not be Joe Bidon, so that my country doesn’t have to deal with illegals.
RE-ELECT PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP !
Where do they come up with this garbage?! LOL
PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Although we live in Texas, we have a wheat farm in Northwest Oklahoma. Several years ago, the state of Oklahoma passed some anti illegal immigration laws. They made it illegal to transport, house, hire, and generally be caught helping illegal aliens. When those laws passed, they said over 130,000 of them left the Tulsa area. A couple of years later, I got a letter from the Oklahoma comptroller's office explain to me how my state income taxes went down as a result of these laws. So, yeah, it can happen.
I hope this Obama nitwit is correct!
