The more we learn about Nancy Pelosi's handpicked January 6th Committee, the more corrupt they appear. First we learned they destroyed evidence, and now we're learning they 'rebuffed' important testimony.
Almost as if the committee was not so much concerned about finding out what really happened on January 6th, but was more concerned about making sure a specific and very damaging-to-the-Right narrative stayed put.
And Liz Cheney helped pave the way.

Is that a fancy way of saying ignored? Denied? HID? Deliberately kept from the American people so Cassidy Hutchinson could lie and make Trump look unhinged and dangerous?
Even if you're not a Trump supporter you have to see how evil and corrupt all of this has been.

She needs to be prosecuted. How many pundits and media hosts praised her testimony and how "devastating" it was to Trump? And it was a lie orchestrated by the J6 committee.

I really despise outright dishonesty and the way they conducted that so-called committee was totally fraudulent.
I have no respect for Liz Chaney because she knows that what she did was false.
They knew these stories were not true and they put them out and went on TV everywhere acting like they believed it.
First of all the women who told them this story was not even there so it was a second or third hand rumor. And then when the actual secret service agents involved tell you that it’s not true of course you know that you’re spreading lies all over the country.

Nothing is ever gonna be a “whole lot worse” for these people unless somebody is willing to prosecute... and my magic 8 ball says the chances of that happening are non-existent.
Correct. Important testimony was blocked from being heard during the so called J6 ‘trials’. But that was months ago.
I doubt if Liz Cheney or her little band of supporters will even be formally accused of a crime, let alone penalized in any way. Of course they deserve prosecution, but it seems the will to act with defensive force is collectively lacking in the GOP.
Lock them all up.

They will never be held accountable. Unlikely they only violated “rules” that the House itself made up - the whole system relies on a presumption of honesty and fairness. Kind of like stealing Monopoly money when you’re the banker.
Gitmo and a daily caning are too good for these people. The entire committee & staff should be hanged for treason. They purposely deceived the entire nation, and changed the course of history forever.

My personal belief was and is that Cassidy Hutchinson’s story was carefully fabricated to make Pres. Trump be like Jason Bourne in the movies. At the time the story came out it left me LOLROTF, I mean, a better movie script couldn’t be found.
The only good parts missing included PDJT whipping out a pistol and opening fire.
Keep this disgusting nugget in mind: Adam Schiff is going to be the next senator from California. Steve Garvey doesn’t have a chance of winning in that deeply corrupt one-party state. Schiff will be rewarded for his treachery while a member of the House and there’s nothing the rest of the country can do about it.
Congress-critters are allowed to say anything when they are in office because forbidding libel and other speech crimes would “stifle debate”.
But after they are out of office are they still immune? If we have a debate about Presidential immunity, can we also have a debate about Congressional immunity?
How can he have his permanent residency in MD according to his filed forms, and still become Senator for California?
Delaying this testimony obstructed justice.
Could Jim Jordan’s Weaponization of Government committee send a criminal obstruction of justice referral for the J6 Committee members to Trump’s new AG next January, along with the criminal referral for the perjury by Cassidy?
She was careful to say she was told. She had no personal knowledge. Obviously not the best witness and since they denied testimony from the best witness, it is a fraud. Just like that bum judge not allowing any testimony from the election commission in the sham trial is NYC.

Why did they even have her as a witness? Is hearsay considered good enough to these folks, even while they prevent the actual eyewitnesses from testifying?
These people act as if they know nothing about the rules of evidence, but most of them are lawyers so they should be disbarred for what they’ve done, supposedly because of ignorance.
Give me a break, nothing is going to happen to these people.
What’s there to prosecute? They can just say whoops, we got it wrong. Too bad, so sad. Meanwhile Navarro and Bannon get to cool their heels in a federal penitentiary in an election year. Win win.
