Reagan was OK from what I could see. Biden is NOT OK right now. Old or incapacitated are not necessarily the same use of the term. Biden has appeared incapacitated for some time now unless he’s just been joking. If he was, it hasn’t been funny.

Yes, but indeed the risk of elderly is that everything can turn on a dime.
No question Biden is suffering dementia.
But he’s older going into office than Reagan was going out. Same with Trump this time. Reagan is not really the standard here since he was younger.
